Shipping Methods & Delivery
BACKPACKS.com offers UPS shipping service within the United States. UPS shipping services available are UPS Ground, UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Although free shipping consists of UPS Ground service, all of these shipping options are available to you within the checkout process. Expedited service from UPS (UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) only delivers Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed.
Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes 1-2 business days after it is received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are very likely to ship the following business day assuming that all ordered items are in stock.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Free shipping is available for shipments within the continental United States. Orders will typically be shipped via UPS Ground however we do reserve the right to select the most economical delivery method. *Orders shipping outside the continental United States are eligible for $5.00 per item Flat Rate Shipping.

Flat rate shipping for orders outside the continental United States will be calculated at $5.00 for each item in your order. Orders will typically be shipped via UPS Ground however we do reserve the right to select the most economical delivery method.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Backpacks.com due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Backpacks.com is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
