You can locate an item several ways on www.BACKPACKS.com: You can use a Keyword Search or enter the Item Number in the search box. There are also several options on the homepage that will help you can locate an item. There is a Category Section for the type of backpack you are looking for. There is a Price Selection if you are looking for a backpack in a particular price range. There is a Color Selection if the personality of the backpack is important and there is a Brand Selection that allows you to look for a particular Name Brand. If you are not sure what you are looking for, Backpacks.com has also created a Product Questioner that you can complete to help you find a backpack that will fit all your needs. BACKPACKS.com makes finding what you are looking for easy.
When a product is out of stock, the ADD TO CART button will not appear on the Product Detail page. So as long as the ADD TO CART button appears on a Product Detail page, the product is in stock and available to be purchased.
When you are ready to purchase your selected backpack. Simply select ADD TO CART from the Product Detail page. When you are in the Shopping Cart and want to continue shopping, there is a link at the bottom of the screen to “Continue Shopping”

We offer FREE FedEx Ground/Home Delivery shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Transit time for FedEx Ground-Home Delivery is estimated at 2 - 5 days depending on your location. We also have a 2 Day, Standard Overnight and Priority Overnight options available. If you want to change the shipping selection, you can change that option and the total will be adjusted for you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. FedEx 2 Day and Standard Overnight shipping services do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

You may check the status of your most recent orders by logging into your Account. You can also get your order status by using our Order Status and Tracking page.

Depending on your location and designated shipping method, if you have not received your product by a reasonable time frame, you can contact us for further assistance in tracking your package.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of your order date as long as the merchandise is unused and remains in its original packaging with hangtags still attached. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling changes that were paid. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving your return and will be applied against your original method of payment.

A return fee of $9.50 per item will be deducted from the return credit. As part of this fee, a free pre-paid FedEx return shipping label has been included in with your original shipping paperwork. To process a return, simply pack the item securely in the original shipping carton, remove any old labels and apply the free return shipping label to the box. If you elect to ship the item back via some other means, we recommend that you insure the package, that you pay for package tracking and that you keep the shipping receipt on hand until your credit is issued.

The return address is indicated on the pre-paid shipping label. If you cannot find the prepaid shipping label, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@backpacks.com.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. But we do make it easy to Delete an Item within the Shopping Cart as you are purchasing your item. You can even keep shopping and add more products and then come back to the Shopping Cart to manage your order. But after you have clicked "Onwards!" and have submitted your order, you cannot cancel or change your order at that time. We process and ship orders immediately. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived in the mail, please contact us immediately to assist you the best way we can.

Understanding that our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible, the processing of an order generally takes 1-2 business days after it is received. So, although we cannot guarantee next day processing, orders placed by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time are very likely to ship the following business day assuming that all ordered items are in stock. For order of 100 pieces or greater, please call Customer Support 954-603-8689, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (excluding holidays).
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer international orders. Backpacks.com only ships to addresses in the USA.
All shipments to Florida addresses will be charged a sales tax. No sales tax will be applied to shipments going to other states.
